SOUTH BURLINGTON On Sept. 13, the Vermont Department of Corrections/Chittenden Regional Correctional Facility authorities notified the Vermont State Police of a suspicious incident that had occurred at the facility. Subsequent investigation revealed that multiple inmates were involved in the planned restraint and assault of a fellow inmate. The initial investigation resulted in the arrest of Chittenden Regional Correctional Facility inmates, David Oleson, age 24, Joshua Corrigan, age 22, Christopher Blow, age 21, and Shawn Tallman-Hill, age 23. Each subject was charged with Unlawful Restraint and Attempted Sexual Assault. The investigation is ongoing with further charges possible. The victims name with withheld by police.
