Trio nabbed in Goshen heroin bust

GOSHEN On Sept. 4, the Vermont State Police with the assistance of the U.S. Forest Service, Vermont Fish and Game and the Vermont Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at a residence on Silver Lake Road in Goshen. Upon searching the residence officers located over 500 bags of heroin hidden within the residence, a pistol and a long gun were also taken into evidence. The heroin taken into evidence has a street value of over $21,000. Three people Ronald Coble of Goshen (bail $250,000), Kasandra Cole of Leicester (bail $250,000) and Rondelle Esters of Brooklyn, N.Y. (bail $500,000) were taken into custody for the charge of Trafficking of Heroin. The amount located is estimated to be five times over the amount needed for a trafficking charge. This group of drug traffickers from New York City and from Vermont appear to be very well organized. This drug ring is still being investigated and anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Vermont State Police.
