RUTLAND Mark Harding, a performer-educator with over 25 years experience covering everything from chamber music to rock and roll, established a new instrumental music program at Mount St. Joseph Academy. The goal of the new offering will be to establish a vibrant, diverse, and exciting program that will put music at the heart of the school community and the school at the heart of the music community.
