Garden Club to host annual plant exchange sale

INDIAN LAKE The Indian Lake Garden Club will host their Annual Plant Exchange and Sale to be held 10 a.m. 12 Noon, Saturday, September 13 at Pete Hutchins Floor Covering Store parking lot, located on Routes 28 and 30. Gardeners looking for quality plants to launch a new garden or searching for the right plant to fit into their gardens are invited to attend this annual horticultural event. The plant exchange and sale will also provide opportunities for gardeners to meet other area gardeners and at the same time stock up on some of their favorite perennials. According to Indian Lake Garden Club President, Pat Leonard, Our plant exchange and sale will include a wide variety of plants, from rare collections to old garden favorites. All items will be donated by Club members who encourage visitors to come early for the best selections. In addition, Club members look forward to chatting with shoppers about their selections, garden and plant topics and the care of their favorite perennial treasures during the event.
