RUTLAND The Vermont Country Store has made a three-year commitment of $32,500 to assist the College of St. Joseph with the financial needs of the STEPS program. (STEPS) Students Taking an Effective Path to Success, is a unique program in Vermont that assists young men and women transitioning out of foster care each year to become successful college students at CSJ. CSJ provides personnel, counseling, housing and activity support that is needed to help young Vermonters succeed.
