Christmas celebration set for Brant Lake

HORICON The 8th annual Christmas in Brant Lake program is set for 1 p.m. Dec. 7 in the Horicon Town Hall Many new features have been added to this annual holiday program, sponsored by the Friends of the Horicon Library. Participating children will take part in making decorations for their respective family trees, decorate Christmas cookies and make gifts for family members. Santa and Mrs. Claus will stop by to visit the children, and refreshments will be served. Event organizer Kira Studler said the Ladies Auxiliary of the Horicon Fire Department, local Girl Scouts, several individual volunteers, and members of the Friends have been busy planning the event. This is a very special afternoon for everyone in the community to come and enjoy, she said.
