POULTNEY - Poultney High School participated in this year's National Student/Parent Mock Election. Students from Ms. LeBrun's civics and law, Mrs. Chandler's contemporary world affairs, and Miss Paquette's grade 7 language arts have been hard at work transforming the PHS Social Studies Department into a polling place.
The polls were open Oct. 30. Teachers conducted their students through to vote. After the polls closed, ballots were counted and tallied with other participating schools across the country.
