New clues in missing student case

MIDDLEBURY A Maine-based search team announced today that it has taken aerial photos of what appear to be jeans and sneakers in Otter Creek. Authorities believe that the items could belong to missing Middlebury student Nicholas Garza. No further information is available at this time. On Feb. 5 at 10:43 p.m., Garza left his campus dormitory room with a fellow student. He walked into a second, nearby dormitory at 10:48 p.m. He was last seen leaving that building at 11:05 p.m. Garza was supposedly on his way back to his own dorm building when he vanished. At the time of Garzas disappearance, the college community was on winter break; few students were on campus.
