LEICESTER On April 21, Vermont State Police (New Haven) were notified of a family fight in Leicester. David Malinowski reported that his wife violated a Final Order for Relief from Abuse. Malinowski reported, and state police confirmed, that Stacey Malinowski violated a stipulation in the order that prohibits Ms. Malinowski from drinking in the residence. Trooper Cathy Cappetta arrested Stacey Malinowski for Violation of Abuse Prevention Order.
