Garza case to be featured on

Nicholas Garza is still missing but Middlebury Police havent given up in their search. However, the MPD decided March 13 to wait until more snow and ice melts before they continue the search for the 19-year-old missing Middlebury College student. During the search for Garza, MPD officials identified Elvin L. Williamson, age 41, a Florida fugitive living in Weybridge. However, there is no evidence that the man is connected to the Garza case. Williamson is wanted for violating Floridas sex offender registration law although authorities there will not extradite him. He was arraigned in Addison County Court. In a new development in the Garza case, producers of the Fox television show America's Most Wanted, hosted by John Walsh, said they plan to profile the case. According to Walsh, (Middlebury) cops tell AMW they are searching the surrounding area and it appears that Garza's disappearance wasn't planned because he left behind his only winter jacket, his iPod, and his laptop. Walshs groundbreaking television program has helped locate missing persons and capture nearly 1,000 dangerous fugitives in the past 20 years. A $20,000 cash reward has been offered by Garzas family and friends for information that will help solve the case of what happened to the student.
