TICONDEROGA Paul Henry, author of FEARLESS: The Complete Personal Safety Guide for Women and program director of The White Tiger Group will be on the Ticonderoga campus of North Country Community College Tuesday, March 11, from noon to 2 p.m. talking to students about personal safety. The program will be in the student lounge. The program is open to the public and free of charge.
