All are welcome to come here and check us out and see what were all about, she said. Were excited about all we have to offer. The lineup of offerings initially include step/cross training class, spinning class, cardio kickboxing, yoga and pilates sessions, plus karate for adults and children. The grand opening includes demonstrations of the Athletic Clubs extensive range of exercise and strength training equipment by personal trainers and manufacturers representatives. The array of equipment includes free weights, treadmills, elliptical trainers, cardio machines and a functional trainer, Kate said.
