Cedric Coulman, 26, of Alden Ave.,Warrensburg pleaded guilty to DWI July 2 in Warrensburg Town Court. Coulman was stopped by police on Hudson St. March 22, and a breath-alcohol test was .22. Town Justice Mindy Fisk imposed a fine of $500, which carries an additional state surcharge of $190. She also mandated that Coulman attend a victim impact panel and that he receive follow-up alcohol treatment. Coulmans license was revoked 6 months. The case of Jamie S. Carpenter of River Rd., Warrensburg, was heard in court. Carpenter, 34, is charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor. Police say Carpenter violated an order of protection by making phone calls to the subject of the order of protection. Carpenters attorney asked for an adjournment, involving a pending Thurman charge to be transferred to Warrensburg Town Court, where Coulman is next expected to appear June 13. Ryan Corlew, 20 of Lake Luzerne, Pleaded guilty to a charge of Failing to Keep a Campsite Clean, a violation of the state Dept. of Environmental Conservation law. Corlew said he woke up at site No. 6 of the Hudson River Recreation Area, and found the campsite trashed, an argument that didnt hold weight with Judge Fisk, who assessed a $50 fine. Also pleading guilty to a DEC violation was Nathan Delaney, 18 of Queensbury. He admitted to littering on DEC Land. He had stayed at Hudson River Recreation Area site No. 8. Delaney was fined $50. Kolby Semon, 22, of Cloverleaf Dr. Warrensburg plead guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, a violation. On May 16, he was asked to leave the Alexander-Baker Funeral Home parking lot, and he left, but came back screaming, police said.
