SHELBURNE Join community friends at the Coach Barn on Friday, July 18, at 6 p.m. for a potluck supper to celebrate the joys of the bountiful vegetable growing season! The Shelburne Farms cookbook Cooking with Shelburne Farms: Food and Stories from Vermont, has a chapter on Summer Greens to inspire you, or you might make one of your own favorite recipes featuring summer vegetables. Shelburne Farms will provide an entr_featuring produce from the Market Garden and gardener Josh Carter will be on hand to talk about the art of growing and cooking vegetables.
