Cross-country is about moving over the snow, not walking - once you learn how to do it properly, you'll have a blast, said Delaney. The one-day course is designed for those who have always wanted to experience the sport of ice climbing. Advanced courses are available. Telemark and alpine touring: Non-lift introduction to telemark and alpine touring or randonee skiing with a backcountry emphasis. Backcountry skiing: Programs to meet every ability level.
