With crude oil prices hitting a historic $100 per barrel last week, consumers can expect to feel the effects at the gas pumps as well. In fact, some forecasters are predicting gas will reach $4 per gallon during 2008. To find out how higher gas prices are affecting our neighbors, we visited Border View Grocery in Champlain, where gas prices were $3.42 per gallon.
