Stop smoking and learn to relax

RUTLAND The Tobacco Cessation Program at Rutland Regional Medical Center is offering a Stop Smoking and Learn to Relax program. Mary White, , Tobacco Cessation Facilitator will lead this four-week program that will focus on ways to relax and help tobacco users quit for good. Class dates are as follows: Wednesday, March 12 Tuesday, March 18 Wednesday, March 26 Tuesday, April 1 Each class will be from 6-7:30pm and will be held in the CVPS/Leahy Community Health Education Center at Rutland Regional 160 Allen St., Rutland. This class is free and open to the public. You must be 18 years or older and pre-registration is suggested.
