Toy drive most successful ever

To the Editor: On behalf of the seventh annual Franks Knotty Pine Toy Drive, we would like to thank all the area businesses, organizations and residents for making this years toy drive the most successful to date. Since 2001 Franks Knotty Pine Toy Drive has assisted families of Essex County who could use help providing gifts for their children at Christmas. Our toy drive wouldnt be the success it has been without the support of our area residents, businesses and organizations. We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who stopped by the Knotty Pine or Sagans to donate gifts. We would also especially like to acknowledge Jack Woods at Sagans for being a donation site, the Port Henry Fire Department, Ticonderoga Elks Lodge, NYSCOBA-Moriah Shock, Walts Propane, Little Squirts Daycare, Coats for Kids Program, Celottis Wines and Liquors, Lakeview Speed Shop, Boyeas, Bryants Lumber, Moriah Snowmobile Club, Jay Haws of Dart Brook Lodge, employees at Horace Nye, Ticonderoga Federal Credit Union, Tom and Barb Brassard, Art and Luanne Dickinson, Ann Raymond, Karen Baker, Chris Lobdell, Brian Venne, Tom Tyler, James Ratliff family, Dan Barber, Steve Gagnon, Lani Adkins, Mark Maye, Fransworth family, Tim Boyle, George Daly, Tim Harland and Bob Carr.
