The Town will be dealing with Planty's Salvage for the metals from the landfill.
It was suggested that the Town Board appoint a new town attorney, which will be discussed again at the January meeting.

Seniors news
The Sugar Loaf Mountain Seniors Club will be meeting on the third Saturday of each month during the winter.
A total of 37 club members enjoyed a delicious luncheon at their Christmas party held Dec. 7 at the Olde Log Inn in Lake George. A gift exchange was enjoyed and a filled box of goodies was shipped to Iraq. A reminder that membership dues should be paid at the club's Jan. 17 meeting. The club welcomes new members. The Rev. Bob Herrmann invites everyone to the church's New Year's Eve Party on Dec. 31 from 7 p.m. to midnight at the Thurman Baptist Church on South Johnsburg Rd. Refreshments will be served. Everyone should bring a gift for a Chinese Auction.
