CHAMPLAIN - The Champlain Fire District is among the most recent list of recipients of Assistance to Firefighters Grants through the Department of Homeland Security.
The fire district will receive $47,044 for operations and safety, which will be used to purchase 40 complete sets of personal protective gear for the department.
