Crown Point plans memory tree

CROWN POINT - The Crown Point Memory Tree Committee is accepting names for 2008. There will be no charge for names this year. Names may be dropped off and will be displayed at the Crown Point branch of the Champlain National Bank.

In 2006 $192 was collected and in 2007 $118. There are new lights for the tree, a flagpole with flag and a plan to purchase a banner for Memory Park. The remaining assets will be donated to the Crown Point Food Pantry.

People may either drop off names at Champlain National Bank or call Yvonne DuShane at 597-3212 with names to be displayed.
