BRANT LAKE The NYS mandatory 5 hour prelicensing course is a must for all new drivers. On Saturday, Sept. 13, at Brant Lake-Horicon Town Hall, 6604 State Route 8, Brant Lake, a class will be held from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. Be sure to bring a valid NYS Learners Permit. Class size is limited- call Terry Grazda (518) 494-7558 for reservations and information.
