PLATTSBURGH UFirst Federal Credit Union invites area business people to the Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours on Thursday, Aug. 21. The event will be held from 5:30-7 p.m. at the UFirst FCU office on 274 Rugar St. Attendees will enjoy complimentary hors doeuvres and a cash bar catered by Irises Cafe while they network and make new business contacts. Everyone who brings an item for the School Supply Drive will be entered in a drawing to win an Ipod Shuffle. Business After Hours is open to all chamber members and their employees. Not-yet-members are encouraged to contact the chamber for a special guest pass. Admission is $3 with reservation and $4 without.
