PLATTSBURGH A six-week research based course sponsored by the Eastern Adirondack Health Care Network will teach people to manage their arthritis and lessen its affects. It will be held each Tuesday from Sept. 6-Oct. 7 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Refreshments will be served. To register and find out information on the meeting place contact Lee Vera at 564-3371.
