Ti police and EMS appreciated

To the Times of Ti: On Wednesday, April 9, we had happen to us what every parent dreads. In the early evening our 3-year-old son Jacob vanished. After what started out as a calm search turned into a nightmare for what seemed to be forever. I dialed 911 and was put on with a very helpful man who stayed with me the entire time until police showed up. This whole time all I can think is oh my god wheres my baby! I stood there completely lost while my husband and friends frantically searched. First to respond was Sgt. (Mark) Johns closely followed by Officer (Melanie) Schlogl. Everyone was so wonderful and so dedicated to not stop until our little boy was found. After a frantic and what seemed like a long search I heard the best words ever. I found him, I have Jacob! I turned to see my son in the arms of my friend Shawna Ross. I could only cry and hold him. I want to extend a huge thank you to all of our family and friends that came to us so quickly and helped us. Also a big thank you to the Ticonderoga Police Department and emergency services. Scott, Cassie, Maga, and Jacob Jordan Ticonderoga
