PLATTSBURGH Kay Frederick, assistant vice president of Rose & Kiernan Insurance Inc., presented checks totaling $1,000 to STOP Domestic Violence director Susan Kelley April 3. The employees at Rose & Kiernan Insurance selected Behavioral Health Services Norths STOP Domestic Violence program as the charity for whom they would donate money to in order to have the opportunity for a dress down day.
