Bread Loaf, the Middlebury, VT., firm of architects, planners and builders, designed and constructed a new facility for Health Care and Rehabilitation Services of Southeastern Vermont (HCRS). HCRS celebrated the opening and dedication of the new office building in Springfield, Vt., with an open house, building tours, and building dedication last week. The building was dedicated to Dr. Theodore Bennett Robbins, a psychiatrist who has been with HCRS for 33 years.
