To the Editor:
I write this in support of the candidacy of Austin Markey for re-election to the Warrensburg Town Board. Austin has been an effective member of the town board for the past 12 years and has worked tirelessly to help accomplish some of the projects of the board. During his tenure on the town board, the following projects have been completed:
South Street sewage expansion
Ridge Avenue Ext. sewage expansion
Warrensburg Recreation Field youth grant
Promulgation of the industrial park
Less than one percent town tax increase for 10 consecutive years.
Austin is not afraid to question tax increases, legal fees or afraid to speak out on any strong issues.
Please vote for support of an open and honest government in the community of Warrensburg.
