Democrats support Morrison

To the Times of Ti:

The voters of the town of Ticonderoga have an opportunity, this November, to usher in a new age of accountability and responsibility to the office of the superintendent of highways.

Arthur Pat Morrison will bring accountability to this office by using his 25 years of experience in the construction business field which gives him the ability to supervise all projects to a successful conclusion. Pat will demand that each project is accomplished correctly and with the proper manpower and equipment used to the benefit of the local taxpayer to keep the cost down.

One of the most important responsibilities of this office is to respond to the request of the other town agencies and committees, with a clear understanding of the problems and within a reasonable period of time. Pat will bring a refreshing air of cooperation to the other agencies and committees with an understanding of the sharing of manpower, equipment and cooperation to complete the public interest items that are needed to keep our roads, streets, sidewalks and safety items that keep our senior citizens and children safe. Pat will work with all taxpayers to maintain our town, even in the off election years.

As a member of the Ticonderoga Democratic Party, I would like to endorse Mr. Arthur Pat Morrison for the office of superintendent of highway for the town of Ticonderoga for the 2007 election. I firmly believe that Pat is the most qualified and best candidate for this position. I urge all eligible voters to vote for Arthur Pat Morrison on Sept. 18 and Nov. 6 for a better town of Ticonderoga.

Daniel Crossman
