Annual Taste of the Adirondacks Bake Sale planned

Indian Lake Country Christmas Tour (CCT) Taste of the Adirondacks Annual Bake Sale Caf頷ill be held in conjunction with the Adirondack Mountains Antiques Show, Saturday, September 15, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Caf頷ill be on the side of Pete Hutchins Floor Covering Store at the Junction of Routes 28 and 30. The CCT Planning Committee invites everyone to stop by, sit a spell and relax with cold or hot beverages and delicious home-baked foods.

Indian Lake bakers are renowned for preparing some of the tastiest homemade baked items in the Adirondacks. Visitors at the Caf頷ill enjoy satisfying their sweet tooth with a large selection of freshly baked items to include: pies, cakes, brownies, cookies and bread. In addition, coffee, tea and water will be available for purchase. Proceeds from the bake sale assists in sponsoring the 2007 Country Christmas Tour activities.

Made in the Adirondacks is the theme for the 10th Annual Indian Lake Country Christmas Tour (CCT). The event began in 1998 and has become one of the premiere annual events held in Indian Lake. The CCT spotlights the unique items created by local artisans and crafters and offered for purchase during the Thanksgiving Holiday.

This ever-increasingly popular event will be held throughout Indian Lake, Friday, November 23 and Saturday, November 24, 2007, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
