Adirondack Harvest Festival Week continues to grow

Thursday, Sept. 13: Tour of Laughing Duck Farm. 5-7 p.m.,. Wadhams. Aquaculture greenhouse, raising tilapia and microgreens.

Friday, Sept. 14: Tour of Clover Mead Farm. 10 a.m.-3 p.m., Keeseville. Tours of the calf barn. Clover Mead Farm is a certified organic creamery and cheese making operation. Farm store will be open for business.

Saturday, Sept. 15: Tour of Asgaard Farm. 1-3 p.m., AuSable Forks. Certified organic grains and hay, dairy goats, beef cattle, farmstead goat cheese beginning in 2008, timber from sustainably managed forest.

Saturday, Sept. 15: Tour of Crooked Brook Studios and Art Farm. 5-9 p.m, Wadhams. Oil paintings and Monumental Sculpture by Edward Cornell. Tour the farm while enjoying the acoustic blues music of Russ Bailey.

Saturday, Sept. 15: Tour of Essex Farm, 10 a.m.-noon, Essex. A year-round, full food, horse powered membership farm.

Saturday, Sept. 15: Tour of Oak Hill Alpacas, 10 a.m., Jay. Introduction to Alpaca ranching. Meet animals and learn about care and maintenance, breeding selection, post-natal care and fleece characteristics. Get answers to your questions about alpacas, horses, turkey, poultry, etc.
