Halloween Party

Mommie and Me
The theme of the special meeting of Mommie and Me is communication from the heart when they meet at the Explorers Club at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 23 at 10 a.m. Please register with Tobie at 623-4007. There will be a follow up meeting on Wednesday, Oct. 24 at the youth building at 10 a.m.

Anyone near a wooded area should dress in bright colors this weekend as it is the opening of big game season.

Christmas bazaar
Remember to call and reserve a table for the Christmas Bazaar in Thurman on Saturday, Nov. 17, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Space is limited so call 623-2909 or 3953.

Free bus service for seniors runs to Glens Falls on Friday, Oct. 26. Seniors over 60 can go shopping or to appointments should call Laura at 623-9281.

September town board
Following a short fiscal meeting on Sept. 17, the town board met for a regular monthly meeting. Sondra Cameron read her letter of resignation effective Sept. 21 and after executive session, the board moved to hire Norma Venner Galusha who started training on Sept. 19.

Flu shots
Warren County Public Health will be at the senior center in North Creek on Thursday, Oct. 25 for flu and pneumonia shots from 1 - 3 p.m. Call 761-6580.

There will be a rabies clinic on Wednesday, Oct. 24 from 6-8 p.m. at the North Creek Fire House. 761-6580.
