M/Sgt. Jack T. Cruickshank/retired

SAN ANTONIO, Texas Sgt. Jack T. Cruickshank passed away Sept. 22, 2007 at the age of 67 in San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Cruickshank was predeceased by his son Brad O. Cruickshank, his father Orville T. Cruickshank and his brother James O. Cruickshank, Sr. Survivors include: his wife Marren (Thatcher) Cruickshank of Cibolo, Texas; daughter Abbie Beck and husband Greg of San Antonio, Texas; step son Shane Bevins of San Antonio, Texas; mother Joyce Cruickshank of Ticonderoga, New York; sister Judy Dean and husband Arthur of Hudson, New York; sister Clara Ryder of Port Henry, New York and New Braunfels, Texas; brother Danial Cruickshank and wife Kandi of Ticonderoga, New York; grandchildren Cactus and Justine Cruickshank, Emily, Zack, Cody, Luke and Kendall Beck all of San Antonio, Texas, and several nieces and nephews. Jack was an active member of the National Street Rod Association. A graveside service was held at Fort Sam Houston National cemetery on Sept. 27, 2007 with full military honors with Rev. Randy Bales officiating. Donations may be made in honor of jack to the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund. The Intrepid is a privately funded specialty center in San Antonio, Texas that addresses the needs of amputees returning from War. All contributions should be made to the following: IFHF
