I know a place....

They watch chicks hatch and feed frogs and other crawly things in the lab room.

Its a place where at least six AP courses and many college courses are offered to juniors and seniors.

We send and receive classes through our distance learning lab where students are able to take electives and meet students from other parts of the state.

A place where juniors and seniors work with elementary students during their study halls, and our junior high students participate in our mentoring program with community members.

I know a place where our students visit the Lake Placid Center for the Arts and experience wonderful plays, shows and productions throughout the school year.

A place where we have a forensics team which continues to excel year after year in various tournaments.

We offer a school play and a musical on alternate years, and community members join in on the fun at the holiday concert.

I know a place where being small is a good thing as we are flexible and adapt with the changes.

Teachers, administration, and staff are dedicated and ALL wear many hats.

Its a place where we are not afraid of hard work and a place in which we enjoy teaching children.

Its a place where I am proud to send my children.

I know a very special place and its Keene Central School.
