Cleveland said that he needs to assign his people where the calls come from. That means we usually pull people from the rural areas to the more urban areas where the calls are, Cleveland said. Well start to lose our random patrols ,and the rural calls will have to wait longer if this trend continues, but I will provide our services the best I can with what I have.

Johnsburg Supervisor Bill Thomas said the coverage by Warren County Sheriffs Department in the more rural northern parts of the county is pretty good.

But if this trend continues, they will slow down, he said.
