Warrensburgh mural program at holiday dinner

WARRENSBURG The Warrensburgh Bicentennial Mural restoration is on the program for the annual Holiday Dinner of the Warrensburgh Historical Society. The event will be at the Merrill Magee House on Friday, Dec. 7. Following a social hour from 6 p.m., dinner will be served about 7 p.m. The Merrill Magee House, 3 Hudson Street, is one of Warrensburgs early historic homes and is on the National Register of Historic Places. Reservations, with dinner choices, should be made by Tuesday, Dec. 4 directly to the Merrill Magee House, 623-2449. The Warrensburgh Historical Society, known for its annual Sticky Wicket Croquet Tournament and Historic Graveyard Walks, is currently reorganizing the Warrensburg Museum of Local History. Following dinner, a brief presentation about the mural and the years activities will be offered. Members and non-members are invited to attend.
