Three arrested in vandalism of Champlain Stone

WARRENSBURG Three people have been charged in an incident at Champlain Stones headquarters on Elm Street in Warrensburg on Oct. 11. Brandon Fruda, 18, of Hackensack Avenue in Warrensburg was arrested on Nov. 7. MacKenzie Tyler, 19, of South Johnsburg Road in Johnsburg and Eric Evansky, age 21, of 39 Hudson Street in Warrensburg were arrested on Nov. 12. All three were charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, a class E felony. A 15 year old juvenile female is being petitioned to the Warren County Family Court for the same incident. These individuals were responsible for drawing graffiti on the new granite stone work addition to the Champlain Stone office building. All have been released pending future court appearances. The investigation and arrests were handled by Patrol Officer Anthony Bruno.
