Kylie Rock put the Lions on the board with an unassisted goal, while Val Plante scored off an assist from Kelsey Gibson. Riley Diemand made one save to secure the shut out. Elizabethtown-Lewis held a 20-1 shot advantage. Molly Rascoe had 15 saves for Westport. The two teams played two double overtimes, and were stalemated until the sudden death shootout, which was won on a goal from Kelsey Marvin. In the first shootout, the teams went 2-2. In regulation, Kelsey Gibson scored off an assist from Courtney Marvin for ELCS. Willsboro's Courtney Blanchard brought the game to a tie off an assist from Krystal Porter. Elizabethtown-Lewis will play Chazy in the Section VII Class D championship game Saturday at 6 p.m. This will be the fourth time the two teams have met, with Chazy winning two of the three contests. After one perfect shootout, ELCS took the win on a sudden-death shootout goal from Andrew Kerr. During the first shootout, Michael Tyler, Nathan Gay, Sean Davis, Zach Sherman and Tanner Carroll all scored for Westport while Scott Morris, Jake Hooper, Derrick Ratliff, Michael Gowdy and Steven Plank tallied for Elizabethtown-Lewis. ELCS held a 21-6 shot advantage, with Brock Marvin making four saves for the Lions. Westport's Colin MacIver had 13 saves.
