An 'Every Day' Hero

I am so glad I have lived to see my kids reach special accomplishments in their lives," Michael said with pride. Daughter, Kaitlin, 17, was recently elected princess of her class, as well as the vice president for the upcoming Sr. Class at Seton.

My Dad is always there for me. Hes never missed a game or dance recital that I've had. Hes the bravest man I know, Kaitlin said. My Dad never gives up and never gives in. He's also the most stubborn person in the whole world. I don't think I've ever been able to change his mind about anything. He's my Dad and I love him.

Carson was part of a Math Counts team at Seton that advanced to State competition. He also recently became a member of The Order of the Arrow, Boy Scoutings National Honor Society, an accomplishment his father also achieved as a teen. My Dad is the greatest fishing, sports playing, skiing, computer gaming, CF surviving Dad ever. I love him to infinity and beyond, said Carson. The Hynes family (Dad, Michael, Mom, Terri, and children Carson and Kaitlin) make the most of their days together. One of their favorite family activities is skiing at Whiteface.
