Cell coverage is critical

Thank you for bringing out the way the APA handled the "cell tower issue." The APA and the Adirondack Council both say how they have advocated the installations, yet of course, neglect to explain that what they support is not viable. Please keep writing on this issue, keep the public informed about progress, or the lack thereof, and why what is happening, is happening. Any additional time without progress, asks for this tragedy to be repeated, and none of us who care want this. Senator Little's reply of "don't look" is so correct, and I am willing to wager that 100, or 120-foot towers, placed 500 feet from the roadway would attract little attention, and that it would require the construction of maybe five or six to cover from Glens Falls, to Keeseville, at the same time giving much better cell coverage in outerlying areas than is now enjoyed from the attempt in E'town, N.Y. with Verizons newest cell "service." Thank you again, please keep this issue in the forefront, until it is resolved and the people of the North Country are allowed into the 21st century. John Bottiroli Elizabethtown
