Otter Creek hires engineers

Officials of Otter Creek Engineering announced the addition of David Boles, P.E. and Tyler Billingsley, E.I.T to the firm. David and Tyler are Project Engineers who will be based out of the East Middlebury office. David Boles has over seven years experience in the field of civil engineering. His professional career has focused on civil/site engineering and stormwater treatment design. Prior to joining Otter Creek Engineering, David worked for design firms in Denver, Colo., and the Denver Metro Area where land development permitting and construction document review were his primary duties. David has a Bachelor of Science degree in geological engineering from University of Missouri-Rolla, and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Vermont and Colorado. Tyler is an Engineer-in-Training, with two years prior experience in the field of construction and civil engineering. His professional career has focused on construction and water/wastewater engineering. Prior to joining Otter Creek Engineering, Tyler worked for a construction firm in Towson, Md., and a civil engineering design firm in Baltimore, Md. Tyler Received a Bachelor of Science Degree in civil engineering from Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, Va. Otter Creek Engineering, Inc. provides comprehensive civil engineering and environmental consulting services to municipal, academic, industrial and development clients throughout Vermont, New Hampshire, New York and Massachusetts. Otter Creek Engineering was founded in 1998 and now has 16 employees, with offices in East Middlebury and Rutland.
