Rotarians get into holiday spirit

NORTH CREEK The North Creek Rotary held its weekly meeting at the Adirondack Tri-County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center on Dec. 6 and afterwards several Rotarians stayed to help decorate the holiday tree. The holidays are a special time at the center. We are so pleased to have the help of the local Rotary, said David Lovelace, ATCNRC administrator. The 10 foot tree, which was a donation to the center, is covered in white lights, red bows, and hand-painted ornaments by residents. There will also be a live tree, donated by the North Creek Deli, in the Robert Morse Memorial Garden that will be lit by contributions made by donors. To dedicate a white or colored light on the tree to a loved one, stop by the center and ask for a Holiday Lights of Love card to fill out. The tree will be lit on Dec. 21 during the center s holiday party. Dedications start at $15.
