Lee and Alice Armstrong enjoyed a family Thanksgiving gathering at The Boy Scout Hall. Myrtle Rist enjoyed fixing a Thanksgiving Dinner in her new home in Glens Falls. Ona Dunkley was pleased to enjoy all of her family at Myrtle's. Earl Allen had 19 of his family for Thanksgiving. They enjoyed it at the Bakers MIlls Firehouse. Fred and Ruth Allen went to Joe and Heather Simmens for the Happy Day. They all enjoyed watching Jonas on his first Thanksgiving. Agnes Straight went to Maine to be with family. Her traveling was good. Willie and Arlene Ordway enjoyed their Thanksgiving at Jim and Lorrie Mosher's and Hillarie and Hannah, in South Glens Falls. Lowell and Jane Nevins had their family to their home. Lots of good foods. David and Gina Wolfe had Geneva, and their children and grandchildren at their home for the Thanksgiving Dinner. Rosalie Russell is always happy to have family come to eat with her and this was one of those special days. Mary Russell had Thanksgiving dinner at her home with daughter, Gertrude and some of her family. Sunday evening, Dec. 2 at 6 p.m. will be a Christmas sing-a-long at the Sodom Community Church. This year the same angel Tree will be put up. Anyone can add an angel memorial. Their Christmas program will be Dec. 16 at 6 p.m. I see as I pass by that the Old Willet Randall home has been torn down. Sad to see but a must. I have a good memory of Willet Randall when my mom took me there. Willet enjoyed his Patch Beagle's. He had a special room set up with the stuffed animals. Where have they gone to? Willet wrote a book, "Wilderness Patchwork" He was a very unique man. Happy Birthday to: Tammy Farrell, Tom Fuller, Joan Hitchcock, Mary Hitchcock, Mike Denno, Darrell McDonald, Lowell Nevins, Alexander Thomas, Danielle Allen and George Allen. Enjoy each and every day.
