Hole in the Woods Ranch receives insurance donation

LAKE LUZERNE Cool Insuring Agency recently presented the Double H Ranch with a $10,000 charitable contribution. The donation will support "Paul's Body Shop", a critical component of the Summer Residential Camp at the Double H.

"We are sincerely grateful to Cool Insuring Agency for this significant donation, said Max Yurenda, CEO/executive director of the ranch. "This contribution will be used to help provide around-the-clock medical care and treatment for our summer campers while they are here at the ranch.

The Double H Ranch is one of 15 organizations to receive a donation as part of Cool Insuring Agency's 150th Anniversary Celebration. The agency is contributing a total of $150,000 to charitable organizations in the communities it serves throughout Warren, Albany and Broome counties.

"Cool has been involved in the local community since the first mayor of Glens Falls, Charles W. Cool, founded the agency in 1857," said Tony Mashuta, president of Cool Insuring Agency. "Our agency's 150th anniversary was a good opportunity for us to give back to the communities that have helped us grow to be one of the oldest and largest independent insurance agencies in the nation.
