Asked for his reaction to the Port Kent project, Town of Chesterfield Town Supervisor Jerry Morrow says, We are happy to see nice friendly development. Kim and Steve have always done well by the community. The project will help the economy of the Town of Chesterfield very much because of the assessed valuations that it will bring us. Morrow pointed out that the developers are paying for installation of all roads and water lines. He said the water fees paid by the new homeowners should help keep the water rates down for existing Port Kent water district users.
A new chapter in the history of Port Kent has begun. During the next few months, a beautiful and improved golf course should take shape and several homes will be offered for sale. Both Steve Fuller and Kim Marsha radiate a sense of pride in the work being done so close to their hometown of Keeseville. They want their project to be a legacy for the Port Kent community, the Town of Chesterfield and Essex County.
