PLATTSBURGH Members of the Lake City chapter of the Red Hat Society brought smiles to dozens of residents at Meadowbrook Healthcare last Tuesday afternoon. The Red Hatters set up a display of hats and accessories, and joined residents for a coffee and tea social. While there, they encouraged residents to participate in a sing-a-long to the accompaniment of an accordion and a few plastic bazookas. Residents were also delighted by a Red Hatter skit and each was given a hat of their own with decorations and a purple lei, all courtesy of the Red Hatters.
