Healthy Living Workshop
PLATTSBURGH— ”Healthy Life with a Chronic Conditions” 6 week workshops will be held January through February. the six week workshop will teach people with a chronic condition or caregivers to manage the condition and lessen its effects.
Topics to be covered will include: Healthy lifestyle tips, goal setting and sharing of personal challenges, pain and fatigue management.
The workshop will be held at six different locations in Plattsburgh: Russel Barnard Housing, 46 Flynn Ave, Beekman Tower, 50 Truman Avenue, and Lake Forest, 8 Lake Forest Drive.
Workshops will take place at Russel Barnard every Tuesday starting Jan. 3, through Feb. 7 from 9 to 11:30 a.m.
At Beekman Tower workshops will take place ever Wednesday starting Jan. 11 through Feb. 15 from 2 to 4:30 p.m.
At Lake Forest workshops will be held every Thursday starting Jan. 5 through Feb. 15 from 2:30 to 5 p.m.
