”LocalFest: Stuff Made Here”

GLENS FALLS — The Shirt Factory Arts & Healing Center is now seeking sponsors and vendors for its second annual ”LocalFest: Stuff Made Here” celebration set for 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday Sept. 7. The event is to be held in The Shirt Factory’s courtyard at the corner of Lawrence and Cooper streets.
Area manufacturers, artists and artisans, non-profit and cultural organizations, farmers, writers, builders, designers, jewelers, restaurateurs, gourmet food producers, wineries, breweries and anyone else “Making Stuff Here” is invited to participate.
Event plans include a lineup of homegrown musicians, Glens Falls history talks, children’s activities, readings by area writers, samplings of locally-made and locally-grown foods and a showcase of vendors, non-profit organizations, guest artists, and manufacturers, with displays set up on the lawn.
