Can't you smell it - piping hot bread right out of the oven? In this class students with some bread-making experience will learn to fire a wood-burning oven and use it to make several different natural-leavened hearth breads. Starting with feeding a sourdough starter and ending with oven management and dough staging for multiple bakes, you will take home a few loaves of really unique breads.
Fee = $215 + $20 for materials.
