“Pluto is Listening” will be performed

LAKE PLACID — David Parr’s latest play Pluto is Listening to be performed at the Lake Placid Center for the Arts, 17 Algonquin Way, on Saturday, Oct. 5 at 8 p.m. and at 2 p.m. on Sunday Oct. 6.
In the remote town of Pluto, Ohio, lonely outsiders Grace Grady and Benjamin McCoy form an unlikely bond that survives two decades and a series of overwhelming obstacles. The mystery-drama Pluto is Listening explores the bittersweet trajectory of an intense friendship fueled by alternative substances, coded language and blurred realities.
